Der gestrige Release war ein Erfolg und wir möchten folgende Information mit Ihnen teilen.

Einführung von Passkeys

Keine Änderung auf Ihrer Seite erforderlich. Die IdO's (Benutzer) können Passkeys erstellen, löschen und verwenden. Im Moment wird diese Funktion nicht aktiv kommuniziert und der IdO kann im USM (User Self Management) seines SwissID Kontos als Teil eines Early Access Programms einen Passkey erstellen.

Webbasierte Identifikation für QoR1/LoT1

Keine Änderung auf Ihrer Seite erforderlich. Eine webbasierte Identifikation wurde ausgerollt. Sie werden von SwissSign kontaktiert, falls Sie von dieser neuen Funktion profitieren können. Die gängigen 2-FA Methoden sind über die App weiterhin verfügbar.

Introduction des Passkeys

Aucune modification n'est nécessaire de votre part. Les IdO's (utilisateurs) peuvent créer, supprimer et utiliser des Passkeys. Pour l'instant, cela n'est pas communiqué activement au IdO et celui-ci peut créer un Passkey dans le USM (User Self Management) de son compte SwissID dans le cadre d'un programme d'accès anticipé.

Identification basée sur le web pour QoR1

Aucune modification n'est nécessaire de votre part. Une identification basée sur le web a été mise en place. SwissSign vous contactera, si vous pouvez bénéficier de cette nouvelle fonctionnalité. Les méthodes de 2-FA déjà existantes sont encore disponibles dans l'App SwissID.

Yesterday's release was a success and we would like to share the following information with you.

Introduction of Passkeys

No change needed on your side. The IdO's can create, delete and use passkeys. For now, this is not actively communicated towards the IdOs and they can create a Passkey in the USM (User Self-Management) of their SwissID account as part of an Early Access Program.

Web based identification for QoR1

No change needed on your side. A web-based identification flow has been rolled out. SwissSign will contact you, if you can benefit from this new feature. The existing 2-FA methods using the App are still available.

Um die Stabilität und Performance unserer SwissID-Infrastruktur weiter zu optimieren, führen wir Wartungsarbeiten an der produktiven Umgebung durch.

Zeitraum: 21:00 Uhr bis 24:00 Uhr (CET)

Die Verfügbarkeit der Services bleibt während dieser Arbeiten grundsätzlich gewährleistet. Dennoch kann es vereinzelt zu kurzen Unterbrechungen kommen.

Änderungen im SwissID-Login:

Für Sie als Kunde sind keine Anpassungen erforderlich. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass sich die Anmeldemaske für SwissID-Nutzer geringfügig ändert. Neu wird der Login-Prozess auf zwei Schritte aufgeteilt:

Auf der ersten Seite wird die E-Mail-Adresse erfasst
Auf der zweiten Seite wird das Passwort erfasst

Diese Anpassung erfolgt im Rahmen der Einführung von Passkey, einer neuen Alternative zu den bestehenden 2-Faktor-Authentifizierungsmöglichkeiten.

Die Änderungen können bereits auf der Pre-Prod-Sandbox-Umgebung getestet werden (https://login.sandbox.pre.swissid.ch/).

Modifications du processus de connexion SwissID :

Aucune action n'est requise de votre part en tant que client. Veuillez toutefois noter que l'interface de connexion pour les utilisateurs de SwissID changera légèrement. Le processus de connexion sera désormais réparti en deux étapes :

Sur la première page, saisissez votre adresse e-mail.
Sur la deuxième page, saisissez votre mot de passe.

Cette adaptation s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'introduction de Passkey, une nouvelle alternative aux méthodes d'authentification à deux facteurs existantes.

Les modifications peuvent déjà être testées dans l'environnement de pré-production (https://login.sandbox.pre.swissid.ch/).

Time: 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (CET)

Service availability will generally be maintained during this period; however, brief interruptions may occur.

Changes to the SwissID Login Process:

No action is required on your part as our customer. Please note that the login interface for SwissID users will have minor changes. The login process will be divided into two steps:

On the first page, the user will enter their email address.
On the second page, the password will be entered.

This adjustment is part of the introduction of Passkey, a new alternative to the existing two-factor authentication methods.

The changes are already available for testing in the pre-production sandbox environment (https://login.sandbox.pre.swissid.ch/).
